| Social Event | | Engineers PEI Annual Lobster Supper |
The Social Committee invites all members to the Engineers PEI Annual Lobster Supper which will be held on Saturday, June 12th at the North Shore Community Centre on Route 25 in West Covehead.
As in previous years, the Association will be buying lobster by quantity rather than by weight. Each person ordering lobster will receive 2 lobster tickets. If available, any excess lobsters will be sold at cost. For steak lovers, we will provide the steak, and you can cook it to your preference. The barbeque grill will be ready at 6:45 p.m.
Reception and ticket pick-up will commence at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Centre. We encourage you to come a little early to get to know your fellow Members and their guests. A cash bar will be available. Mixes will be supplied. A variety of soft drinks will be available free of charge.
Each Engineers PEI Member can bring one companion or guest free of charge. Additional guests (maximum 2 per member) will be charged $20 each. Seating is limited so you must pre-register by May 28, 2010. Registration for members will be on a first-come first-served basis, so register as soon as possible!
Members and their guests will be given priority. Additional guests will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified of availability after the registration deadline. Members and guests who register and subsequently decide not to attend are asked to notify the Association Office as soon as possible to accommodate those who are on the waiting lists.
The Social Committee would like to thank the Knights of Columbus who will be our hosts.
