REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Charlottetown Airport Authority (CAA) is requesting proposals from Prime Consultants to provide Professional Services that will lead the final design and construction tender document preparation of a rehabilitation of the Main Access Road and Short Term Parking Area.
Each proponent Consultant must submit a detailed proposal in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP) for evaluation by the CAA. Parties interested in undertaking these Professional Services must submit their Proposals before 1500 hours Charlottetown time on
Friday, March 26, 2010 and be received only at the offices of the Charlottetown Airport Authority, Charlottetown Airport, 250 Maple Hills Avenue, Suite 132, Charlottetown, PE. The sealed proposals must be clearly identified with the proponent’s name and:

FINAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TENDER DOCUMENTS

The CAA reserves the right to accept the proposal deemed to be in its best interest or to reject any or all of the proposals. The lowest price or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
