March is National Engineering Month. Each year Canadians coast to coast take part in various activities to increase awareness of the importance of engineering in our everyday lives and to encourage young people to consider engineering as their career choice.
As part of National Engineering Month, Engineers PEI holds contests and events for all PEI students.

There are no entry fees, and prizes are awarded to winning students.
Contest participants and the general public are welcome to view bridge building and artwork contest entries, displays or participate in
our Hands-On Experiment at:

Classroom Presentation
Engineers PEI supports the efforts of teachers to spark
interest in science, math and technology. Curiosity, problem solving, teamwork and creativity - these qualities are the hallmarks of people working in the diverse fields of engineering.
Volunteer speakers complement the curriculum and help bridge the gap between the real world and classroom theory in subjects such as:
