Engineers PEI together with the other three Atlantic Canada professional engineering associations (Engineers Nova Scotia, APEGNB, PEGNL), have completed a joint salary survey for engineers. Due to the small membership base for Engineers PEI, a census of resident P.Eng and EIT members was conducted . The census resulted in a response rate of 61% for Engineers PEI. Researchers obtained and analyzed survey information from a 3 to 5 minute interview with members. The survey reports include comparison of results of 2006 and 2009 surveys. As expected, salaries are up in all provinces and most sectors. Thanks to the members who participated and provided their personal information to support the survey.
